Policies

• Deposit: A $10 deposit via Zelle or Apple Cash is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred ONCE for a reschedule.

• Late Policy: Please communicate if you are running late. After 10 minutes, there will be a $5 late fee, and after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

• Cancellations: Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Removals: I do not remove foreign sets, I only remove my own work. Please come in with clean, bare nails unless you booked a removal with a new set.

• Guests: I do not allow extra guests.

• Payment: Remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, Apple Cash, or Cash.
